2010 NORTH SEA RACE
The 2010 North Sea Race will depart Hull Marina on Saturday 19th June at 12 noon.
Current plans are to run a race to Ijmuiden with a social event taking place soon after all the yachts have arrived possibly at Sea-port so people can then either return home or move on to their selected cruising ground.

HUMBER YAWL CLUB 2010 NOTICE OF RACE
The races organised by the Humber Yawl Club are listed in this programme, start times are defined but tidal conditions may cause these to vary.
Racing will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing, The prescriptions of the RYA when applicable, the rules of the Flying Fifteen Class Association, National Squib Owners Association and the RYA Portsmouth Handicap Rules. Any queries or appeals on the handicap numbers should in the first instance be addressed to the HYC Sailing committee who will refer to the relevant national authority where appropriate.
Yachts must be entered with their sail number on the signing on sheet in the OD’s box prior to the start of the race. Two boats are required to have signed on to constitute a race.
The scoring system will be as recommended by the Racing rules of sailing Appendix 1, section 2. All annual prizes are identified within this programme. Any additional prizes will be identified in the notice of race for the Regatta or other special event.
PY Upper Humber Series
There are four series. The Early (E) Series, Late (L) Series, Mid (M) Series and the Winter (W) Series. The Winter series will be sailed mainly from Hull Marina.
PY Down River Series
Down River races will consist of the Spurn LV, Bull LV, Grimsby Race, Canada Wreck, 2 unnamed and the Regatta Down river. An overall trophy for the “Down River Series” will also be awarded.
Flying Fifteen and Squib Series
These are identified on the racing programme.
